Terms of sale
1. Who we are
The TimeKeeper is an independent watch dealer based in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, established in 2024. We sell authentic timepieces — sealed pieces and previously owned pieces, each described as it is. We are not an authorised retailer of, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by, any watch manufacturer. Brand names on this site identify the watches we sell and remain the trademarks of their respective owners.
2. The website and our listings
- Every listing describes one specific watch we hold, photographed by us. Descriptions — condition, wear, movement, and what is included (box, papers, warranty card) — are made in good faith and as accurately as we can.
- A listing is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer by us. A sale exists only once we have confirmed it with you in chat. We may correct a listing, or withdraw a piece, at any time before that confirmation.
- Prices are asking prices in Philippine pesos (PHP) and are indicative. They can change with the market and with a piece's condition and completeness; the price confirmed in chat is the price. Some pieces are listed as "price on request".
- Reserved means a deal on that piece is in progress. Sold pieces stay visible as a record and are no longer available.
3. Authenticity
We sell only genuine watches. Sealed pieces are supplied with the manufacturer's box, papers and warranty as stated in the listing. Every other piece is inspected before listing — case, serial and reference numbers, movement and timekeeping, bracelet, crystal and crown, and the contents of the set. At a meetup you may inspect the watch, or bring an authenticator, before paying. If a watch you buy from us is shown not to be genuine, tell us at once and we will take it back and refund the price paid.
4. Meetups, shipping and payment
- Meetups take place in public places anywhere in Luzon, at a time and place agreed in chat. You inspect first and pay after — in cash, by bank transfer or by GCash.
- Buyers elsewhere in the Philippines can have a watch shipped by courier once the deal is agreed. The courier, its cost, insurance and the timing of payment are agreed in chat before dispatch; in transit the courier's own terms apply.
- Ownership of the watch passes to you on full payment. Risk passes on hand-over at a meetup, or on delivery by the courier.
5. Returns
- Because you inspect the watch before paying at a meetup, meetup sales are final once paid, except as set out in section 3.
- For a shipped watch, any right to return it (for example if it arrives not as described) is agreed in chat before dispatch, together with who bears the return cost. Check the watch on arrival and tell us promptly if something is wrong.
- Manufacturer warranties on sealed pieces are provided by the brand and honoured through the brand's own service network, not by us.
6. Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the watch you agreed to buy, as described. We are not responsible for losses that do not come from our breach of these terms, for the acts of a courier once a watch is in transit under agreed terms, or for how you use the watch afterwards. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) that cannot be limited by agreement.
7. Website content
The site is provided as is. We keep the inventory as accurate as we can but cannot promise it is error-free or always available. Photography of the watches we sell, and the text on this site, belong to The TimeKeeper; please ask before reusing them. 8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Cabanatuan City. Questions: message us on Facebook or call 0952 447 8142. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
