Privacy policy

Effective 14 September 2026 · Written for the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules

1. Who is responsible

This website, thetimekeeper.pages.dev, is operated by The TimeKeeper Cabanatuan, a sole-proprietor watch dealer in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. For anything in this policy, reach the owner on Facebook Messenger or by phone at 0952 447 8142.

2. What the website itself collects

The website has no accounts, no sign-up, no checkout, no newsletter and no advertising or analytics trackers. It collects only the following.

3. What we collect when you deal with us

A sale is agreed on Facebook Messenger, by phone, or in person — never through the website. In the course of a deal you may give us:

Purpose: to complete the sale, arrange the meetup or courier, answer warranty or after-sale questions, and keep a record of the transaction. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep records of sales. Retention: for as long as the sale, its warranty period and Philippine record-keeping requirements need, then deleted. We do not use these details for marketing and we do not add you to any list.

4. Who else sees your data

We never sell or rent personal information. It reaches only the people and services needed to run the site and complete your deal: our hosting provider, which may process data outside the Philippines; the messaging platform you choose to contact us on, which keeps your messages under its own privacy policy; the courier and payment service used for your purchase, which receive only what they need to deliver and to be paid; and the authorities, if the law requires it. The map in the Contact section is loaded from Google and may set Google's own cookies; nothing else on this site sets cookies.

5. Your rights

Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to be indemnified for damages caused by unlawful processing. To exercise any of these, message us on Facebook or call 0952 447 8142; we will respond within a reasonable time and verify that the request comes from you. If you believe we have mishandled your data you may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Inventory changes require an owner key that is never shown on the site. We keep the least data we can, for the shortest time we can, and deal details stay inside the platforms listed above rather than being copied around.

7. Children

The site and our deals are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; a parent or guardian who believes a minor has sent us personal data can ask us to delete it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
